Prices are in US Dollars and include government tax and surcharge.

A 10% discount will be applied to stays of two weeks (14 nights).

No discounts apply between December 19 and January 2.

A 50% deposit is required within two weeks of the reservation date; and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and is nonrefundable. Payment may be made by personal check, cashier's check, wire transfer or credit card.

Maximum four guests. The cottage is not suitable for children under the age of 10 years old or pets.

Check In time is no earlier than 3:00 p.m. and Check Out time is no later than noon.

BVC is a smoke-free property.

ACCOMMODATIONS

  • Two bedrooms each with a private bath, closet and ceiling fans situated on the lower level.
  • The master bedroom contains a king bed and sitting area and opens to a small covered porch.
  • The second bedroom can be set up as one king or two twin beds.
  • An open double living room and dining area is situated on the upper level with a galley kitchen and half bath. The constant ocean breeze and ceiling fans will keep you comfortable.
  • The living area opens to the 300+ square foot covered porch through large French doors.
  • The cottage is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary linens, appliances, dinnerware.
  • Located in a quiet residential neighborhood and private setting.
  • Ten minute drive to Wallblake Airport and 20 minute drive to Blowing Point Ferry Terminal.
  • Eight minute walk to quiet Sandy Hill beach with snorkeling.

DINING

  • Propane gas cooking stove/oven and microwave oven.
  • Weber charcoal grill perfect for cooking fresh Anguilla lobster or fish available from nearby local fishermen.

MEDIA

  • Cable television with DVD in living room.
  • CD Player and Ipod connection.
  • Internet via modem.

SERVICES & AMENITIES

  • Welcome basket.
  • Housekeeping service daily (except Sundays) and personal laundry upon request.
  • Car rental, babysitters, chef, boat tours, fishing, scuba diving, and day trips to St Maarten and St. Bart's can all be arranged.
  • Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling equipment and a cooler are available for your use.
  • Two Nokia cell phones with pay-as-you-go phone cards to make local and long distance calls.

BVC is located in the lovely and quiet residential neighborhood known as Sandy Hill on the eastern end of the island. This two bedroom / two and a half bath home has stunning ocean views overlooking Sandy Hill Bay, St. Maarten, and in the distance, St. Barts. Itís quaint, colorful, and comfortable with an open floor plan and an expansive covered porch where you can while away the hours.

The bedrooms are located on the ground floor, and each has an ensuite bath. The master bedroom has a sitting area and opens onto a small covered porch. The second bedroom contains two twin beds, which can be made up as a king. The upper level has an open floor plan with two sitting areas, a dining area, galley kitchen, and half bath. The living area opens to the large (320 square foot) covered porch, which has a dining table with four chairs, two lounge chairs, and a built-in cushioned sitting area.
